Group Fitness

TSM Fitness combines plyometrics, weight resistance, and cardio into a 1 hour long circuit training group workout.

The world is our gym and our bodies are the weights!

Other than kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands, all sessions are focused on using the natural resistance of your own body weight to fight against gravity and deliver a calorie killing workout.

We will transform and strengthen your body while providing the motivation to keep you going until your results become the motivation!
